Hi Everybody!
A few days ago, I provided a brief description of my friend, Phil's, doll
molds, which are still for sale.
Phil's parents made dolls as a hobby. The shop is now dark, since his father
died a year ago, and his mother is afflicted with arthritis and poor vision.
Phil also has two small electric klins for sale. One is a 220 volt "no name"
hexagonal kiln that measures approximately 20" (deep) X 15" (wide) inside.
This is a fairly new kiln, in excellent condition. It has a kiln sitter and
timer. Phil says that this kiln was used mostly for cone 6 firings. It also
has one circular kiln shelf and several kiln shelf posts. Phil is asking
$500 for this kiln, or best offer.
Phil also has an electric test kiln for sale. It runs on 110v, and it's
clean as a whistle. It, too, is a no-name hexagonal kiln, complete with kiln
sitter and timer. Phil is asking $200 for this kiln, or best offer.
Phil's shop is located in Yucca Valley, California. YV is 40 miles north of
Palm Springs, CA. I'll relay any replies I get for the kilns or the doll
molds to Phil. The buyer is responsible for all packing and shipping
charges.

Had a great New Year celebration last night--I howled and barked like a mad
dog into the canyon below, with a friend of mine, to bring in 2002. The
echoes and wind noise were delightful!
