Hello RJS,

there is no biocids mentionned on Smart's page,
just the names of companies specialized in=20
this field.
I just asked him to give me generic and tradenames
of some of those biocids so I could supply you=20
and the list with this information.

Later,

Dear Edouard,

Thank you for the help. For the moment, I do have a lot of clay scraps black
with flour and corn starch on it. If they seems slimy, I will douse them with
bleach (sterilization instructions are on the label) before I start to process it.
Since it will be used with paper, I will use some sort of inhibitor, and keep the
batches small and refrigerated before use. I'm not really too worried about it for
myself...years of crawling around in fiberglass ducts, chromate rain in cooling
towers, and lagging steam pipes with asbestos by hand, has not killed me yet, not
to mention exposure to thousands of gallons of raw sewage from ejector pits and
grease traps..... although some molds are pretty nasty to breath in...some so bad
your body will hardly let you breath them in...but its good to avoid a potential
problem when possible. Years ago we were asked to do a lot of stupid things.
Partly, we did not know any better, and partly, if you complained, you would be
blackballed. Management and the Union worked hand and glove, and neither were your
friend. Hopefully things have changed a bit, but some people I knew were not as
fortunate as I have been... a little caution and awareness might have helped some
of them. Thank you again, for your consideration
