Good Morning:
Does anyone out there have a Shimpo RK-3 or have knowledge of how I
might install a foot pedal to this older wheel? I just bought it and
it doesn't have a foot pedal. Is it possible to install one, and
also, can I install a larger wheel, as the current wheel is only 8".
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
