itc's cost efficiency

Greetings,

While coating my elements with ITC 213 today, a question came to mind. I
was trying to quantify the cost efficiency of ITC and created two
scenarios, but I don't have data since I don't have experience with
it. This is where you could come in. :)

Essentially, I would need the following information to tabulate results
(specify the currency if other than US dollars):

+What is the time of the person doing the coating/replacement job worth:
$___/hr

+How long does it take to coat the elements and get them back in the kiln;
time from the moment you break the seal of the ITC container? ___ hr(s)
___ min

+How long does it take to replace elements without ITC? ___ hr(s) ___ min

+How much ITC 213 is needed to coat one set of elements? _____ pint(s)

+How much does a set of elements cost? $ ____

+How many firings do you get with ITC? #_____

+Home many firings do you get without ITC #_____

I realize there are other things at play, feel free to mention anything you
think may be relevant and email the data directly to me:
mailto:fabienne@milkywayceramics.com I'll share the results with the list
if there is enough interest. I believe the big factor in this will be the
first item; time is money.

Thank you,

Fabienne
