hello everyone...
last spring i build a fast fire wood kiln...and me and a few other =
people made up are minds that it is a piece... or at least ours is.... =
so i need know what type of kiln would be good for me to build..
i want something not to big nor small midsize, and i am looking for =
something that can be fired to cone 10 in about 24 hrs. and that maybe =
one person can do by themself....

Andy, I don't think you are giving us enough info here. Your fastfire
wood is a piece... (I took it at first that you really liked it). Then
again I decided you didn't like it, so then the question would be why
not? There are clearly well designed and well built fastfires out there
that work very well. David Hendley's comes to mind.
The second thing is, what kind of kiln (work, firing) do you want? What
you want to produce will determine the kiln design. And for you, what
is too big or too small?
My fiber natural gas, down draft kiln for example fires to cone 11 in 6
hours.

Check out how to build your own inexpensive Raku kiln
(dosen't have to be used exclusively for raku) at http://www.r2d2u.com . You can make it as
midsize as you like.
