Orchard Valley Ceramic Arts Guild on fri 10 aug 01
Many people in one of our local pottery programs have had problems with
s-cracks; from the recent discussions here, it sounds like b-mix might
be a contributing factor.
B-mix is our "workhorse" clay (we also have a high-grog clay, a porcelain,
and a sculpture mix). Anyone have suggestions for alternatives to b-mix,
with similar throwing and firing properties?
