Try Amazon (I bought a copy for a friend there that was cheaper than
directly from the publisher - Texas Tech University Press).
This book is awesome! As a Texas Tech Alum (where James teaches), I tracked
him down on campus to ask him about his book. What a nice guy!!
I hope to take a class from James one of these days.
