Hi all,
Here is my AOL story. I live in a small town in Arizona, I have to piggyback
AOL onto our local server. AOL gets around 10 bucks, the local server the
standard 24. We were sloppy and didn't watch the bill, therefore overlooked
that AOL charged us the full price. When we finally paid attention I called
AOL, of course I got the run-around and nothing was accomplished. I wrote to
Steve Case, what a laugh that was, the reply was a form letter they wanted to
fill out. I filled it out, sent it in and the reply was another form letter
and so it goes and is still going. The only thing AOL has done for me is that
I'm finally just paying the 10 bucks. I'll never see the money they owe me
and would gladly settle for "24 months of free AOL," heck, I'd go for 12.

The lesson learned, pay attention, it's your hard earned money.
Smiles from Arizona,
Karin
