recipe for cream gloss and revised recipe

Dear Clayart,
Below are the two Cream Gloss recipes that are a good overglaze, giving
nice results over many of the cone 6 glazes I use.
It was originally shown in CM over Chris Wolff's Plum Glaze (recipe in
archives).
Cream Gloss
(Chris Wolff)

30 Gerstley Borate
10 Whitng
35 Custer Feldspar
15 Plastic Vitrox use Cornwall Stone or Soda Felspar as sub. if
not available.
I use Cornwall Stone
10 Flint


ADD %
2 RIO
3 Rutile

Ron Roys Revision sans Gerstely Borate

45.5 3134
4.5 Talc
19.0 Custer Spar
6.0 Cornwall stone
14.50 EPK
10.50 Silica

ADD %
2 RIO
3 Rutile


This glaze does nice streaking especially over iron/manganese glazes as
well as a multitude of others.
