I knew it!! Another book! "Clayart Washes Dishes"! for us non-cooks but
ver appreciative eaters.
My suggestion to Martin would be to put the tea-towel down on the
drainer and just lean the platters agains the wall against each other.
Let'em air dry.
Never saw a drain in rack that was really flexible enough.
