giorgini tile press for sale

updated tue 11 sep 01

My husband built me the Giorgini Tile press when I first started making tiles
(based on the instructions in the Giorgini Handmade Tile book). I haven't
used it in a while and I am moving into my new studio. Hubby asked me to
sell it to get it out of "his" garage. So I asked him "how much" to sell it
for, he said $100 or best offer.

I live in Livonia, Michigan if anyone is interested locally.

hey folks,

this past spring i taught giorgini's handmade tile book in a special topics ceramic
class. we built four of these presses and 18 students each make 100 tiles with
them, in addition to some other tile projects. the presses work great and are very
easy to build. the book is a great info source, easy to follow, complete plans for
the press and other hand made devices to aid in the making and glazing of the
tiles. if you get the press it will work great for you and is a lot of fun.
