Thanks for all the ideas to help me with my twisting and
attaching problems!
(I guess the big thing I've learned from all of this.... practice and
practice and practice!)

On a another note, we just came home from a medium sized
town celebration (Leavenworth KS). We participated in a BBQ
Championship (only one ribbon, but hey, a ribbon is a ribbon!).
They had an art show (Stained Glass, Drawings and Paintings.
Durn.) They had a garden show. They had two quilt shows.
They had a car show. The had 7 blocks of vendors and booths...
crammed tight. All this, and Not one potter. emm. I wonder if
anything of mine will be good enough by next September? I
know: Practice, practice, practice.......
