Dear Clayarters:
Tony Clennell wrote in response to RR's comments on Jury etc:. =
....."You never know what your words will mean in someones career."
How true! Being a neophyte in pottery and the Clayart Dialogues, I do =
not know most of the so called Gurus in person. But, after a while, by =
reading(lurking?) their posts their tone of voice, economy of speech, =
their efforts to tune into other's frequencies - all manifest on this =
modern communication tool, ie. E-MAIL. A while ago, we had a discussion =
on magnesium vs manganese. That sort of thing could have been rectified =
immediately, had we had a voice-discussion. I was very worried then how =
my questions would sound on Clayart. I got little more brave and submit =
my questions now and then, but I never feel easy completely.
Recent discourse bet. Tony C. and RR is another example - how to =
interprete the mind of someone whom I have never met.
Well, this is my apology - hope it did not over-vitrify. Mariko
