The Portugese email address responds with the undeliverable
message to every Clayart post that I send to the list. At
least I think it still does, but I have the address blocked
so that none of the emails come through anymore. Anyhow,
the person who is "responsible" for this cannot undo it.
She has a different email address now and as far as I know,
if you want to unsubscribe Clayart, you have to send the
listserver command from the subscription address that
originally subscribed. At her request, I sent her the
instructions on how to unsubscribe weeks ago. It obviously
didn't work.
If your email program has the capacity to block certain
senders, that's an easy way to deal with it. With Outlook
Express 5.5, you just highlight the offending message line
in your Inbox click on Tools in the main menu for OE, and
then click on Message/Block Sender.
AOL has this capacity, but I don't remember just what to do.
Perhaps users of other email programs will chime in.
Otherwise, there might be something in the Help area of the
various programs to deal with it.
