someone asked if gerstley borate would be any good if it was around a =
long time. I live in central Florida where we have plenty of humidity. I =
acquired several pounds of gerstley along with my kiln and lots of clay =
and other glaze ingredients. This stuff is at least twenty years old. I =
finally made up a batch of Floating Blue and it turned out really nice. =
All the paper bags are a little bug eaten, but the chemicals are all =
fine.

After failing with so many raku tests I purchased 10 K'g of gerstly B. so I
can work with raku, and test slower.I keep them in their plastic bags inside
a very well closed plastic pail.
