Artie..... last time I thought about it ... some years now since I've =
spoken or written any Russian (a shame, too) ..... peace was=20
Mir..... as was earth/world... same. Of course, the lettering is =
different since their alphabet has a different base but I no longer have =
the Russian alphabetical distinctions on my keyboard ..... I'm sure if =
I've mis-remembered,
somebody will correct us...... and I say that thankfully.
What a good idea!

Mir is, indeed, peace, and in Russian it looks like: M [N written backwards]
