British Potter Jill Fanshawe Kato from London, England will be
presenting a workshop at TCC on Saturday October 6, 2001. The workshop
will run from 10:00 am until 4:30 or 5:00 pm. Ms Kato will demonstrate
and talk about her work and her approach to work which springs from
nature. The workshop will be in Building 5 on the TCC Main campus.
The day will be split into two parts the first part will be the
demonstration which will last until 3:30 pm followed by a slide lecture
on 16 British ceramic artists as well as some slide of her own work.
The cost is $30.00 for the day or $5.00 for the slide lecture with the
proceeds from the slide lecture going to support TCC Clay Club supported
scholarships.
