Sounds like a good start, but it might be easier to
do press-molded pieces from such molds, rather than
slip-casting. Have you seen Nan Smith's work?

I want to thank everyone for their input and information for my full-body
cast project. Especially, Snail, who referred me to Nan Smith's web site.
She provides a wealth of information. Proving, yet again, that potters are a
wonderful sharing community.
