oribe glaze question

Hi Merrie,

I have done some testing on this kind of glaze - I needs to have more
copper in it than can be held in solution during cooling. This leaves
copper oxide in a film on top of the glaze - you are right - it will taint
acid foods - try leaving some vinegar on it over night - I think it will
change colour.

I tried to reduce the copper, increase the silica - trying to make it more
stable but the colour changed what ever I did.
