Dear Folks Who Have Ordered:

Please be aware that if you ordered a cookbook from my website, your =
credit card will be if it hasn't already been, charged before you get a =
cookbook. Hell, I have run most of them through already because I had =
to pay for half up front. I have already stated this many times. Your =
credit card bill will reflect a charge from Living Tree Pottery or =
Living Tree STudios, in the amount of your cookbook order plus shipping. =
Did I say I was doing this for free? I believe I did. Let me just say =
again, I"M NOT MAKING ONE THIN DIME OFF THE SALE OF THIS COOKBOOK!!!!!

"What the hell is she on about now?" you may ask. Well, I got in the =
mail today a notice of potential chargeback from SOMEBODY who remains =
nameless because the credit card company won't tell me who it is. What =
is a chargeback? A chargeback is what happens to the merchant when you =
dispute a charge on your credit card bill. I will have to dig manually =
through every effing order, comparing credit card numbers until I find =
the correct order, make copies of it (that means a trip into town to a =
copy machine, folks) and then pay extra $ send all this back to the =
credit card company overnight delivery, because they demand this proof =
of order within 5 business days, even though it took THEM 10 days to get =
the chargeback demand to me in the first place.

If you want to cancel your order for a cookbook, all you have to do is =
let me know, and I will VERY PROMPTLY issue a credit on your account. =
If there is an amount discrepancy on your bill, I will take care of that =
very quickly too. All you have to do is say so.

Thanks for reading this. :)
