It's that time of year again!!!

The Clay Studio's annual exhibition/auction is upon us and better than ever!


Le Grand Buffet
promises to be a spectacular feast of ceramic art!

Featuring over 200 works of art from artists such as: David Regan,
Jun Kaneko, Jill Bonovitz, Rudy Autio, Joan Takayama-Ogawa, Val
Cushing, Paula Winokur and Robert Winokur and many more! Come indulge
in an afternoon of food, drink, live and silent auctions, music and
fun while helping to support one of the area's foremost centers for
ceramic art. Bidding opens on First Friday and continues until the
Gala with bids starting at half of the retail value!!
Grand Auction Prize: Dinner for eight prepared by renowned chef
Georges Perrier (Le Bec Fin) at his home. A wonderfully generous gift
from Chef Perrier to The Clay Studio and a once in a lifetime

Happenings around the Studio

-Janet Mansfield, editor of Ceramics: Art and Perception and Ceramics
Technical, a consummate author of several books on the field of
ceramics as well as an accomplished artist will be holding a
Wood/Salt Firing Workshop on November 7, 8 and 12, 2001. The cost for
the workshop, held at Chester Springs Studio, will be $250 for
members of The Clay Studio and Chester Springs Studio and $265 for
non-members. Please call 215-925-3453 xt 11 or 15 to register.

-Border's Bookstore will be showing the work of Joyce Richman from
November 8th through December 20th.
