ummm. Hi. I didn't mean to start a controversial discussion!
But, just so everyone will know, I laughed till I coudn't breathe when I started to read all of your
comments! (I really can't give my hubby a hard time about his interest in bbq. He's won more
ribbons and awards for his cooking than I have for well, anything! and if you've ever been to a
bbq championship, not having your food finished to absolute perfection, by a time deadline is
almost a sin!)
anyway, I think i've decided that the Big Green Egg is over my head, to my husbands
disappointment, for right now anyway!

and on the cold studio water issue, Anne M, has given me another great idea.... an old coffee
maker - just run plain water through it into the pot and add enough hot water to cold to get a
comfortable temperature. If my old crock pot ever goes belly up, I know I have an old coffee
maker here somewhere!

(by the way, I've been saving my pennies, forever, to buy a new wheel.... and I sold my old
wheel today which put me over the $ heap, so by the time I post again, I will be the proud
