I tried the jog/walk routine, but found, especially at this time of year,
that I just didn't do it, because it required putting on civvies, leaving
the house/studio, then having to change into potting clothes when I got
back, and try to get enthused about potting. Just too much disruption for a
frantic, behind-the-8-ball potter. So, what I do now is skip---yes, the old
skipping rope thing. I can do it in my carport, rain or shine (or snow),
don't need to change clothes, can fit it in any old time of day---it's
perfect! I'd like to say I do it religiously every day, but I'd be lying
. But, hey, the rope is waiting there any time I want to skip.
