We have two old Alpine gas kilns;=20

1959- FT-16 serial#1627

and a =20

1969- HF-24 serial# 173

I am trying to find someone who has Alpine kilns of a similar age.

I need to know if originally the burners were mounted on a single =
burner-bar that ran across the front of the kiln or if there were two =
shorter ones, one for each burner? I have already contacted Alpine and =
they don't know. =20

Thank you,

Where is Siegy? He'll Know!

The ones I know, from 1972 have a single line and one valve to turn it up.
If you can't fix them, I may want to purchase or trade one.

They are manufactured by ART Clay & Supply in Wisconsin. They were until
recently located in Elk Grove, IL.

As it turns out ART Clay & Supply and Alpine Kiln is owned by the same folks
who bring us the Lava Lamp!
