hey folks,
could some prompt me on how to do a successful search in the archives? i was
recently sent a dennis olson black glaze recipe from someone on list and i had a
crash and now can't find the glaze. went to the archives and it told me there was
no match. can someone help me?

Jim Bob,
The more narrowly you define the search, the more likely you'll get fast
results and "No Match." :-( If you don't have any luck but know the
subject is there, then widen the search a bit. Something you have used to
narrow the search has excluded the post you want. Sorry I am not more
specific, but if you have figured out how to use the Archives search you are
most of the way there already.

Jim Bob,
I don't remember seeing the Dennis Olson black
glaze, and I usually notice glaze posts. Is it
possible the person sent you this glaze privately?
It's not always obvious whether a post is private
or a Clayart post, unless you particularly check
it.
