Dear Friends
I have been trying to get a sight of the Memoirs of Herman Seger, in =
particular the section in Volume One of the translation which deals with =
the development of pyrometric cones. I understand there is crucial =
information on p 545 Vol. 1 relating to the behaviour of quartz and =
kaolin.
Since this will now be a rare book, perhaps there is someone who =
frequents Clayart who may be able to provided me with a photocopy of p =
545 and possibly the whole of this particular chapter.
Yours sincerely,
Ivor Lewis. Redhill, South Australia.

Ivor Lewis,
I got mine through interliberary loan. I don't know if you have it in
Austraila?
I got the book from Teaxs Christian University in Fort Worth Tx USA.
If you did a search you could find out who had the book and ask them to copy
the page for you.
Thanks,
