Jennifer's emphasis on the size of the file was most useful.
For those who use Outlook Express, or Outlook, just go into View/Columns and
add Size, putting it up towards the top of the list. I've done that and
deleted a lot of old files which I hadn't got around to, but which were
suspect.
When a suspect package arrives you can see the size straight away and
delete.
Most of our Clayart messages are only 3 or 4 KB.
Now, computer boffins on list:-o
Is Outlook more reliable than Outlook Express?
If so, how do we put our Outlook Express folders and our Address Books into
Outlook?
