Instead of using sawdust, has anyone on list used wood chippings, like what
we get from a garden Chipper/Shredder?
I have loads of the stuff now (bought a 9 HP job that does the lot- even
makes my compost for the garden). So I could build a circular incinerator
from spare bricks and do some low cone stuff with chippings.
But what would I need to change from the sawdust routine to make it work?
I could be a good way for me to make garden pots without using space in the
electric kiln.

Chips have always been a problem in my burner system. You
really need sawdust and small shavings. The sawdust also needs
to be very dry.
I am sure you could find firing uses for your mulch but it won't go
through my burner.
