Dear Lesley Alexander,
I seem to recall that all industrial grinding wheels have code numbers =
which define their grinding medium, grit grade, bonding material etc. =
This information is important since it also governs the maximum =
peripheral speed at which a wheel can be used. this is usually in terms =
of surface velocity, as in "surface feet per min" rather than =
revolutions per min.It would help us all if you could look for this and =
tell us what this information is for this excellent wheel you have =
purchased.
Best regards,
Ivor Lewis.
