windows in the kiln

John and Dorothy Weber on mon 24 dec 01

Several years ago we visited Johnny Leach at his studio. Wonderful visit.
His kiln has a number of spy holes. All with glass. He cut a slice, not all
the way through a soft brick and wide enough to house a piece of glass. This
enabled him to look in to his kiln.

My husband posted the drawing on ClayArt several years ago. I would be happy
to forward anyone the attachment if they want. Due to all the virus I will
not send it with this post.

Happy Holiday's to everyone.
