Wow, I'm real happy with my Pacifica electric reversable wheel, and it
was only $750. Maybe I'm thinking about different wheels. I've seen
kickwheels made for less than $200, am I missing something?

I don't own one but the next wheel I buy will be a Soldner. The motor is=

really strong and quiet and it allows you to go very very slowly. The
wheel I have been using since the 60's is an Estrin made in Canada. I li=
ke
it because it has a flywheel that I can kick slowly if I want or use the
motor for speed. But the sitting position is putting stress on my hips. =

Hi. I'm thinking of buying a wheel but am pretty green at making such a =
purchase. I have used different kinds at the college where I have taken =
lessons for a few years but am not sure what kind to get. I plan to ask =
our technician for his opinion but thought I would get others here. I =
see that many people have preferences but not sure why. =20

Thanks for any input.

Carol - I recommend the purchase of a Brent CXC . Good wheel which you will
not out-grow. If, for some reason, in the future you must sell a wheel, the
best quality will hold their value. MarjB
