I teach at a recreation center where the cone 04 glazes come from donations,
primarily. Some are very, very old. Recently, the one reference we had to
even remotely see what color a jar might turn out disappeared. I do have the
students making tiles everytime they use a jar but we are about 9,000 jars
behind. (Okay, I didn't really count, I'm just guessing) Would anyone out
there have old Duncan, Mayco, etc glaze catalog/charts they would be willing
to part with? I am told that you can no longer acquire these from the
companies themselves. Any would be appreciated.
