They must bust a lot more dope dealers in your area than
mine! Around here, even police-auction scales run $80-100.

I know Vince has offered this information before, but I
would like to remind everyone that scales of all kinds
including all types of Ohaus triple beam and small digital
pocket scales are commonly available at police evidence
auctions. The last I attended two weeks ago had perhaps two
dozen Dial- o -gram scales for $25 on average. Keep in mind
a scale with a tare beam is most useful.

you are lucky, in Md. they don't put the scales out at police auctions or at
least not in my county.

Millie in Md. where the state roads people are gearing up to spread an inch of
salt for every inch of snow that we get. and by noon tomorrow there will be any
eggs, bread, milk or toilet paper left in the stores.
