Regarding out-of-print books of any kind, there's a website where you can
find an out-of-print book anywhere in the world www.abebooks.com . I've
used their site twice in the last year, found what I wanted, and ordered
from the nearest store. I've been totally pleased with each purchase. It's
a super-easy website to use.
