There are two references I could suggest. One is Michael Cardew, who =
gives a brief description in Pioneer Pottery pp 108-9. This process is =
explained in greater detail in an issue of Pottery Making Illustrated, =
one of the early ones try Summer 1998.
Or you could go and be taught to do it by Seth Cardew.
