I've been a little late with this, but finally my web page has updated
information on this summer's offerings of workshops by our familiar Vince
Pitelka. Here is the short descriptions for the two off my workshops page

Ancient Clay - July 22 to July 26
A five day workshop
with Vince Pitelka
at the McDowell Studio/Farm
Whatcom County, Washington, USA

Covers handbuilding techniques, decoration, terra-sigilatta,
burnishing/polishing, bonfire-firing of ancient/tribal vessels/sculpture.

For beginning through advanced. $300 + clay usage, includes all other
materials. $50 non-refundable deposit.

On-site camping allowed, or B&B next door, share cost of group-prepared
meals.

July 29 to August 2, 2002
Intermediate Throwing,
a five day workshop
with Vince Pitelka
at the McDowell Studio/Farm
Whatcom County, Washington, USA

This workshop offers a five-day immersion in intermediate-level throwing, with
emphasis on development of form and surface using innovative techniques on and
off the wheel.

For beginning through advanced. $300 + clay usage, includes all other
materials, and bisque firing. $50 non-refundable deposit.

On-site camping included, or B&B next door, share cost of group-prepared
meals.

Although all the pertinent information is posted. I could use some photos in
JPEG format of Vince at the wheel and/or some of his wheel thrown creations
other than the slipware I have used to illustrate the throwing workshop page.
