Lee,

Even after adding the additional links, I don't think that the images that you
have selected give a good representation of George Ohr's work. Based on these
images, someone who has never seen George Ohr's work before would think that he
did not make use of very much colour.

If you look at the following link at amazon.com you can see pots on the back and
front cover that give a better idea of George Ohr's use of coloured glazes:

And siiiiigh, don't you wish someone could bet through to Amazon.com that
when you're doing the new "look inside" feature, if it is a book about arts
or crafts you kind of what to see the ILLUSTRATIONS?? Table of contents,
excerpts, and seeing that there is, indeed, an index is a fine thing, but
even enlarging them I can't actually READ them on my screen. Visual people
and visual subjects require _images_.
