Dear Paul in Doyle,
If you go to the BBC (UK) webb site you should pick up on the video =
tapes of these programmes. Visual humour as per modern "Slap Stick". Not =
a patch on the audio humour of "The Goons"

I missed whatever prompted this post, so you might already
know, Paul, that the wonderful John Cleese plays the
character. I just love him in the movie "Fish Called Wanda."
