Greetings Mudbuds-
I am seriously contemplating buying an Axner wheel. Anyone have one? Pros? Cons? Things you like? Hate? Looking at the Model M-300 or M-600-for what I need.
Thanks!

Rhonda -
We bought ten M-600s last year, and we love them. However, they are not
entirely without fault, which would be easily remedied by Axner. The
two-piece splash pan is too bulky, too flimsy, and the way it attaches to
the wheelhead is too minimal. Other than that, they are beautiful wheels,
and the price is right. They do make a soft hum/whine when they are
operating, and if you like your studio dead silent, then spend the money for
a Shimpo Whisper.
Good luck -
