I, for one, need to stay portable. Whether for wedging or work, my solution
is a table size piece of vinyl/linoleum flipped over so I work on the
backside. Smooth easy surface to work on, absorbs some moisture (not much)
easy to sponge clean -- but the real advantage is at the end of my work
session I can pick the thing up and funnel my leftovers into my reclaim
bucket and get dinner on the table in under 5 minutes. You can roll up the
linoleum to store and it flattens out in a sec when you lay it back down.
