how to get your replacement copy of glaze handbook

Lark Books is committed to helping anyone who purchased the problematic first
printing of Mark Burleson's Ceramic Glaze Handbook get a free replacement
copy in the very near future. Here's what to do:

1) Look at the copyright page; it's opposite the Table of Contents page. In
the far left column you'll see a series of numbers in descending order,
beginning with the number 10.

In order to qualify for a replacement copy, this series of numbers must read
"10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1". If that number 1 isn't there, you already have a
corrected, second-printing copy.

2) You must print your name, mailing address, and phone number DIRECTLY ON
this page, in the margin or on the back, since there isn't much white space
available.

3) Tear the page from the book and mail only the page to:

Asheville NC 28801

It will take us a few days to work out the logistics, since we don't
warehouse the books here, so please be patient. You will receive your
replacement copy just as soon as possible.

We regret these errors, but plan to make it right with you, our valued
