I found the article "Handmade in America" in Fine Art Ceramics very
interesting. They say there are over 4000 potters and woodworkers in the
Blue Ridge mountains near Asheville, NC. I wondered if anyone on list lived
in that area, and what it is like. Both as a place to live, and to be near
so many other craftspeople.
