I have a great glaze that I like because it causes my clay body to look =
gray underneath. It matures at ^10 to ^11. The problem is the rest of =
the glazes I regularly use mature at ^9 so pots are always over/ under =
matured. Could someone plug this in to a program (or use their head) to =
reformulate this glaze to mature around ^9 maybe even a bit cooler?=20

Flint 36
G-200 (potash spar) 23

Tracy,
Try reducing the Flint in steps. Maybe down as low as 15 parts.

Hi Tracy,
The expansion on the original is kinda low - be careful - some clays are
going to object.
Try this revision for cone 9 - it may need more melting - if so gradually
increase the frit.
G200 - 30.0
Whiting - 14.0
Talc - 9.0
Frit 3134 - 2.0
Epk - 14.0
Silica 31.0
Total - 100.0
