kiln; large loads versus small

Pat,

While fighting the instinct to put my virtual arms
around you and give you condolences the cold
blooded engineer that thrives over on the other
side of the brain likes to think he is just a little
bit of a statistician (a DABBLER you might say).
I would not want to bet 3 months work on a chain
of things that must go just so.... )

On the other hand I cannot imagine waiting 3 months
to know the results of my little tweaks and adjustments.
To me, the immediacy of feedback from my work is
very important, absolutely critical to improving my
work. (And no notebook is going to really help much)

My point is that making multiple smaller loads of say
2 weeks worth of work just would make a lot more
sense to me, just on the surface of things.
