Ok, gang, this is one of those novice questions.
I like the look of ash glazed pieces that have been fired
on their sides so the dripping/running makes horizontal or
diagonal lines.
Is there anything that might "not work" about using
"wadding" to prop up pots in my electric ^6 firings?
Might the basic recipes for wadding need to be altered
for such a use?
I suspect this is one of those, "Well, Duhhhh" moments.
The day has been full of them.
