Dear ClayMates!
Consider this a formal invitation to the opening reception for our show in
Kansas City during NCECA.
Sorry it's such late notice, but I just realized that no one posted it on
clayart and some of you might like to stop by.
Jeff Oestreich and I will be showing with Lynn Smiser Bowers in her Kansas
City studio during the week of NCECA.
Opening Reception will be Wednesday evening, 6-9pm.
According to the map, Lynn's studio is not very far from the Conference, but
probably not close enough to walk.

All three of us will be present all day Wednesday.
Hope to see you there,
Malcolm, trying to get the pots cool enough to load them up and get on the
road.

Malcolm, This has nothing to do with Kansas City. Just wanted you to know
that we "Mixed Nuts" Potters in Sarasota, took teapots glazed with the shino
from St. Pete's Clay that we used, but in the MCC kilns, out today. They
were beautiful and shimmering at the top of the kiln, showed ash in the
middle and were dull brownish in the bottom of the kiln. Jamie, Michelle,
Sandi, Sandra, Karen and I send you good wishes and our pleasure at such a
fine learning and eating experience with you last month.
Wish we could see what you and above are exhibiting, but can't attend the
Conference this year, next year in San Diego for certain.
Paul and I will be in Washington, DC the first two weeks of June, just so you
know in the event your schedule changes.
Best in clay,
Joanne Perrot
