I don't want to suggest that any of our=20
hardworking, under rated suppliers are
less than diligent, but at the same time Paul Geil deserves to have me =
point out that he has gone the extra mile. He delivered my last kiln =
personally, along with one of his own guys. They unloaded, positioned =
etc. Paul came in for a cuppa and took time to respond to a few of my =
questions. I was most impressed.
My first kiln is a Geil, also, and while Paul didn't deliver it, the guy =
who did apparently expected to remove, uncrate and position the kiln =
upon delivery. In my ignorance, I figured this was SOP.
Paul is difficult to contact at times, but as far as I know it's only =
because he's out doing the Personal Bit instead of on site.
Once you get his attention, he focuses on you and your problem. So... =
if you aren't able to make contact ..... be persistent and call EARLY in =
the morning.

In the Mojave glad I've spent only 2 to 3 hours a day in the studio the =
last two months ..... never thought I'd say that ... I love having a =
studio .... but I wanted to get to really know my puppy. I KNOW there's =
little comparison between a puppy and a child .... believe me, I know =
that .....
but this is the first pet that's been my own, not shared with siblings =
or my own children. My point though is .... if such a gift of time can =
be significant in a puppy's development.... what can't it signify when =
growing a child? Of course, Mojo ...or White Lightning .... is more =
than a mite spoiled AND we're attached at the ankle,=20
but we have a rewarding, entertaining pet, too.
