Dear L. P. Skeen,

Add in the cut for the "Gnomes of Wall Street" who are certain that US =
$$$ are worth a lot more than anyone else's currency. For those who live =
outside the "Greatest Country on God"s Earth" and it becomes twice as =

Dear Elizabeth Hewitt,
Though the archives may have a lot of information in them there may be a =
need for someone to troll through and pick out the "Frequently Asked =
Questions". If these were then posted to the list we could get together =
and propose some reasonably short but informative answers, together with =
references for further study.
Then, for newcomers or the perplexed, it would be easier to get =
information fast.
Ivor.
