George,

Good to see that the Alfred connection is proving successful! Brian and I=20
were nearly up your way last weekend, got up as far as Holland.

We will try to connect sometime in the spring to see what you are up to!

Personally, I'm working small to work big, hand made tiles that are about=20
3/4" to 1 " in diameter....bisque is not a problem, but they will take up=20
tons of room when I'm ready to glaze and lustre them! I'm planning on doin=
g=20
wall-sized "drawings" with them.=20

Take Care

andre' & brian,

wish you could have made it! holland was pretty close.
oh well. yep, things are going pretty well. new nozzle
is making a huge difference. runs and runs, easy to "flush"
and all that.... can shoot some 200 small (i consider 4x4
small) tiles at a time. six sets of six getting fired right
now.

1" diameter? geez. that has to be seen to be appreciated. are the
small pieces all parts of a bigger image maybe? am trying to imagine
what you are up to.

next week off to alfred! yup, my machines little cousine is 83.38%
ready and i have 100s of details to work out to make it ready for
getting some work done. plan is stoneware. plan is to replicate
kurt's tiles in limited sets.

looking forward to seeing you guys again. will be sailing by
end of june. please let me know when you have a plan.

best,

george
