I had friends back in the 80's who were into the whole urine-drinking

Thanks again for the input!--Wilson

Now I've heard it all. I've quietly watched the arthritis debate, which came
up quite a few months ago.

Having been diagnosed with Rheumatoid when I was 26 and later on with
Osteo,
I have done a lot of research. It's obvious to me that I haven't looked in
the right direction. Drinking urine? Now I learned in a Red Cross class in
the 70's that if you are stranded in the desert and have no water and no way
to get any you can drink your own urine. Since then when I drive long
distances, especially through our AZ desert you can betcha I carriy more
than
enough water, should I get stranded and OnStar fail. A friend from Germany
once told me that you can cure acne by rubbing your own urine on your face.
Thank God I never had acne.

As long as there are legal drugs for these diseases and enough water I'll
stay away from drinking my own urine, but my hat's off to anyone with that
kind of intestinal fortitude and willingness to explore.
